ORDERS✦ Payment is taken 100% upfront by the VGen commission service or by PayPal invoice.✦ You can ask for a split payment for orders above 150 EUR. I will not start working before receiving at least 25% of the full payment. I will send the finished piece only after receiving the full payment.✦ Please attach visual references to your order. These may be either artworks, game screenshots, or set of inspiration photo references. Please keep them AI-free. Descriptions are really appreciated as an addition to visual references. Orders that use only text descriptions or vague inspiration photos are subject to character/outfit design fee.✦ While ordering, please let me know:
— if you prefer the finished artwork to be published or kept private (in this case 25% privacy fee is required);
— if you are OK with me posting the WIPs on my social media;
— if you are OK with me streaming the commission on Twitch or Discord;
— if you prefer your name to be kept private.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS✦ I retain the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason, especially inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, and personal reasons.✦ If the commission is cancelled due to artist's personal reasons, you will get a 100% refund (unless agreed otherwise in later stages of the process).✦ If it's cancelled due to the client's inappropriate behavior or lack of communication, you will get a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already done.✦ You may cancel the commission before I start working on it. You will get a 100% refund in this case.✦ You may cancel the commission after I start working on it. You will get a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already done.✦ If the delay on my side results in the commission not being finished before the agreed delivery time, I will propose a refund. You may either request a refund or agree to wait until the commission is done.
✦ You may not complete the unfinished artwork or commission anyone else to do it without my permission.


COMMISSION PROCESS✦ Any deadlines have to be be discussed while ordering, before the payment. Close deadlines come with a rush fee (+25–100% of the final price).✦ If the artwork is going to be printed, please include this information in your order, before the payment. Printers use different color profiles than screens and I need to keep this in mind when coloring the artwork.✦ I send WIP screenshots at each stage (sketch, colors, finished picture) unless stated or agreed otherwise.✦ You may ask for 3 free revisions during each stage of the commission. Each next revision costs a €5 fee. I will correct any mistakes on my side for free. Please let me know about changes you wish to be implemented as soon as possible.✦ After the art is finished, you will receive a full-resolution PNG file and a smaller watermarked JPG file. You can request files of other types too (TIFF, transparent PNG without a background, etc.).


ART USAGE✦ Commissioned artworks are for personal use only. Commercial use comes with additional fees (+100–200% of the final price).✦ Commissioned artworks may not be used for NFT-related projects, ML training or AI prompts.✦ You may not alter commissioned artwork without my permission, including adding strong filters and drawing over the artwork. Flipping the artwork, cutting out the character from the background or putting slight filters is fine.✦ I will not profit directly from the commissioned artwork. I will not sell prints or merch featuring your commission, unless you allow it. I retain the right to put the artwork in my portfolio and use it to advertise my social media or commissions unless the privacy fee is paid.


ADOPTS✦ Payment is taken 100% upfront by the VGen shop service or by PayPal invoice.✦ You can ask for a split payment for orders above 150 EUR. You will receive the full-res files after the full payment.✦ Base price is for personal use only. Commercial rights fee costs 100%–200% of the base price.✦ All adopt purchases are final. You are allowed to raise the price proportionately to any additional art you got after purchasing the design.✦ For exclusive adopts, in case of the buyer not completing the payment within 72 hours (unless agreed otherwise), I will look for the new buyer.✦ For non-exclusive adopts, I retain the right to sell them to multiple people at once.✦ Modifying the artworks delivered is not allowed. Modifying the design itself while painting or ordering other artwork is okay.

REFERENCE SHEET

BASE PRICE (2 FULLBODIES + BUST + TRINKETS): €300+✦ A reference sheet featuring an original character.
✦ Drawn in a style characterized by clean and elegant lineart, full color, and minimalist shading.
✦ The base price includes two fullbodies of the same pose with different outfits (or naked and one outfit), one bust, and one hands/trinket/prop/symbol panel. The layout, number and content of panels may be discussed.
✦ Text panels may be added for free. The commissioner must write and proofread the text on their own. The text should be short and concise.
✦ More outfits, angles, busts and panels may be added with a fee.DETAILS:
✦ Files: a full-resolution PNG file, a transparent PNG file (no background), and a low-resolution watermarked JPG file.
✦ RGB color profile (the commissioner may request CMYK files while ordering).
✦ Turnaround time: up to 12 weeks (3–6 weeks on average).
✦ Workflow: sketch and rough colors → client feedback → lineart → client feedback → color and shading → client feedback → final delivery. More WIPs may be sent if necessary.ADD-ONS:

PRICING EXAMPLE: The reference sheet below has three fullbodies of the same pose, two busts, two simpler panels, and two simple flower decorative panels (they are the same and count as one). Two fullbodies, one bust, and one simple panel are included in the base price, €300. This means there is one additional fullbody (€75), one additional bust (€50), and two additional simple panels (€25 multiplied by 2). The whole reference sheet costs €475.
Additional fees would apply if the character design was more complex, or if the character and outfits had to be designed from scratch.

FEES

Each artwork may come with additional fees, depending on specific requests of the commissioner. Except for add-ons that are specified for each commission type, there are other kinds of fees.DESIGN FEES:
Will be charged if you don't have a predesigned character/outfit but only description and vague visual references/moodboards.COMPLEXITY FEES:
Will be charged if the character wears a complex outfit full of patterns, jewelry and little details (most heavy armors fall into this category), has wings, multiple heads or arms, specific markings on their body (like tattoos that are not covered by clothing), or uses complex props. I may charge it even if you don't pick it in the add-on menu if I consider the design to be complex. Props, inlcuding disability aids, are free unless their designs are very ornate.PRIVACY FEES:
Will be charged if you wish your artwork to never be posted publicly.
