GENERAL✦ By paying for the commission, you agree to the terms of service.✦ I speak Polish and English, so please communicate with me in these languages.


ORDERS✦ Payment is taken 100% upfront by the VGen commission service or by PayPal invoice.✦ You can ask for a split payment for orders above 150 EUR. I will not start working before receiving at least 25% of the full payment. I will send the finished piece only after receiving the full payment.✦ Please attach visual references to your order. These may be either artworks, game screenshots, or set of inspiration photo references. Please keep them AI-free. Descriptions are really appreciated as an addition to visual references. Orders that use only text descriptions or vague inspiration photos are subject to character/outfit design fee.✦ While ordering, please let me know:
— if you prefer the finished artwork to be published or kept private (in this case 25% privacy fee is required);
— if you are OK with me posting the WIPs on my social media;
— if you are OK with me streaming the commission on Twitch or Discord;
— if you prefer your name to be kept private.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS✦ I retain the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason, especially inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, and personal reasons.✦ If the commission is cancelled due to artist's personal reasons, you will get a 100% refund (unless agreed otherwise in later stages of the process).✦ If it's cancelled due to the client's inappropriate behavior or lack of communication, you will get a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already done.✦ You may cancel the commission before I start working on it. You will get a 100% refund in this case.✦ You may cancel the commission after I start working on it. You will get a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already done.✦ You may not complete the unfinished artwork or commission anyone else to do it without my permission.


COMMISSION PROCESS✦ Any deadlines have to be be discussed while ordering, before the payment. Close deadlines come with a rush fee (+25–100% of the final price).✦ If the artwork is going to be printed, please include this information in your order, before the payment. Printers use different color profiles than screens and I need to keep this in mind when coloring the artwork.✦ I send WIP screenshots at each stage (sketch, colors, finished picture) unless stated or agreed otherwise.✦ You may ask for 3 free revisions during each stage of the commission. Each next revision costs a €5 fee. I will correct any mistakes on my side for free. Please let me know about changes you wish to be implemented as soon as possible.✦ After the art is finished, you will receive a full-resolution PNG file and a smaller watermarked JPG file. You can request files of other types too (TIFF, transparent PNG without a background, etc.).


ART USAGE✦ Commissioned artworks are for personal use only. Commercial use comes with additional fees (+100–200% of the final price).✦ Commissioned artworks may not be used for NFT-related projects, ML training or AI prompts.✦ You may not alter commissioned artwork without my permission, including adding strong filters and drawing over the artwork. Flipping the artwork, cutting out the character from the background or putting slight filters is fine.✦ I will not profit directly from the commissioned artwork. I will not sell prints or merch featuring your commission, unless you allow it. I retain the right to put the artwork in my portfolio and use it to advertise my social media or commissions unless the privacy fee is paid.

FEES

Each artwork may come with additional fees, depending on specific requests of the commissioner. Except for add-ons that are specified for each commission type, there are other kinds of fees.DESIGN FEES:
Will be charged if you don't have a predesigned character/outfit but only description and vague visual references/moodboards.COMPLEXITY FEES:
Will be charged if the character wears a complex outfit full of patterns, jewelry and little details (most heavy armors fall into this category), has wings, multiple heads or arms, specific markings on their body (like tattoos that are not covered by clothing), or uses complex props. I may charge it even if you don't pick it in the add-on menu if I consider the design to be complex. Props, inlcuding disability aids, are free unless their designs are very ornate.PRIVACY FEES:
Will be charged if you wish your artwork to never be posted publicly.
25% of the final price.RUSH FEES:
Will be charged if the requested deadline is closer than estimated turnaround time for the commission.
25–100% of the final price.COMMERCIAL FEES:
Will be charged if you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, selling merch, advertising products, using as a book or album cover, using as props in video games.
100–200% of the final price.
