GENERAL

ORDERS

✦ Payment is taken 100% upfront by the Ko-fi commission service or by PayPal invoice.✦ You can ask for a split payment for orders above 100 EUR (PayPal invoice only).✦ Please attach visual references to your order. These may be either artworks, game screenshots, or set of inspiration photo references. Please keep them AI-free if that's possible. Descriptions are really appreciated as an addition to visual references.✦ While ordering, please let me know:
— if you prefer the finished artwork to be published or kept private;
— if you are OK with me posting the WIPs on my social media;
— if you prefer your name to be kept private.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

✦ I retain the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, and personal reasons. You will get a 100% refund in this case.✦ You may cancel the commission before I start working on it. You will get a 100% refund in this case.✦ You may cancel the commission after I start working on it. You will get a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already done.✦ You may not complete the unfinished artwork or commission anyone else to do it without my permission.

COMMISSION PROCESS

✦ I send WIP screenshots unless stated otherwise.✦ After the art is finished, you will receive a full-res and a smaller watermarked file. You may ask me to glaze the JPG file.✦ You may ask for 3 free revisions during each stage of the commission. Each next revision costs a €5 fee. I will correct any mistakes on my side for free. Please let me know about changes you wish to be implemented as soon as possible.✦ Any deadlines have to be be discussed while ordering.✦ You will be informed about any delays from my side.✦ I will do personal art and other commissions while working on your order. Please be patient and don't expect me to work exclusively on your commission.

ART USAGE

✦ Commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.✦ In any circumstances, commissioned artworks may not be used for NFT-related projects, ML training or AI prompts.✦ You may not alter commissioned artwork without my permission, including adding strong filters and drawing over the artwork.✦ I will not profit directly from the commissioned artwork. I retain the right to put it in my portfolio and advertise my social media or commissions with it unless requested otherwise.

All prices are given for personal use only.
